We have 3 levels of service to fit your needs:

Routine Service

• Picked up within 24-hours
• 1st attempt within 1-3 days
• 3 attempts within 5 days

Rush Service

• If service is required within Hillsborough County and picked up before 2 p.m., service will be attempted the same business day.
• If service is required within Hillsborough County and picked up after 2 p.m., service will be attempted by the next business day.
• If service is required outside the Hillsborough County, service will be attempted by the next business day.
• 3 attempts within 3-days

Priority Service

• If service is required within Hillsborough County, service will be attempted within 2 hours.
• If service is required outside the Hillsborough County, service will be attempted within 8 hours.
• If service is required on Friday after 6 pm or any time Saturday or Sunday.
• 3 attempts within 2-days
